Meet Fergus Fadden.
I am an educator with a deep interest in better understanding how learning happens. For over 15 years, I have been helping students and clients achieve their learning goals. In my field, I have worked as a teacher/instructor, teacher trainer, instructional designer, head of curriculum design, academic manager, and project manager. This broad range of experience gives me a unique insight into how best to achieve measurable learning outcomes.
With an earlier background as a lawyer working in financial services, I am able to bring to bear strong analytical skills and an understanding of the rigors of procedures and policies into my educational design.
I am dedicated to life-long learning, specifically staying at the cutting edge of adult education, instructional design, as well as photography and media editing (video & audio). When I'm not on the job, I love hiking, cycling, and playing tennis (I recently won my first tournament!). I also deeply enjoy playing the bass guitar and piano.
