Cancellation Policy

At ISA, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and schedule a new appointment that suits your needs.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will refund any payment made in full. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

No-show policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the missed appointment.

Emergency cancellations:

In the case of an emergency or unexpected situation, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and waive any cancellation fees.
