Cancellation Policy
At Integrated Skills Academy (ISA), we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and appointments or memberships may need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Consultations
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and schedule a new appointment that suits your needs.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will refund any payment made in full.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, there will be aĀ cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
No-show policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the missed appointment.
Emergency cancellations:
In the case of an emergency or unexpected situation, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and waive any cancellation fees.
Membership Subscription
Free Trial and Initial Billing:
Your membership includes a 7-day free trial. Your first payment will be processed only after the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be charged.
Ongoing Subscription and Billing Cycle:
The membership renews every 4 weeks at a rate of $9.99. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membersā€™ area until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing period.

If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your access will remain active until the end of your paid period.

If you experience any billing issues or accidental charges, please reach out to us within 7 days for review.
Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be issued for payments already processed unless there is an error in billing or an extenuating circumstance. We encourage members to review their billing date before canceling.

If you were charged after attempting to cancel, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Membership Termination by ISA:Ā We reserve the right to terminate a membership if a member engages in behavior that disrupts the community. In such cases, refunds will be determined at our discretion.
